Nicolas Moreno

Nicolas Moreno is managing associate within the tax department of Walder Wyss. He practices in the field of personal and corporate taxation in domestic and international tax matters.

Nicolas advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees, and foundations on complex restructurings, estate and succession planning, cross-border relocations, and asset protection strategies. He also regularly acts on M&A transactions and corporate group reorganizations. Nicolas has extensive experience negotiating advance tax rulings and represents clients in tax disputes, including criminal tax matters.

Nicolas graduated in law from the University of Geneva (BLaw, MLaw) as well as at the University of Exeter (L.L.M.). Nicolas is admitted to the bar and graduated as certified tax expert. Nicolas worked many years in a leading swiss law firm prior to joining Walder Wyss.

Nicolas Moreno advises clients in French and English and also speaks Italian and Spanish. He is registered with the Geneva Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all of Switzerland.
