Nicolas von Sinner

Nicolas von Sinner is an attorney in the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss. His preferred areas of practice include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law as well as general contract law.

Nicolas von Sinner studied at the University of St. Gallen (B.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2019, M.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2021). Before joining Walder Wyss, he completed traineeships at a multinational pharmaceutical company, a commercial law firm, and the Civil Court of Basel-Stadt.

Nicolas von Sinner advises clients in German and English. He is admitted to the Bar Association of the Canton of Zurich and is authorised to conduct legal proceedings throughout Switzerland.
