Rachel Cudré-Mauroux is a trainee lawyer in the Litigation, Private Clients and Corporate & Commercial departments of Walder Wyss in Geneva.
Rachel Cudré-Mauroux studied at the University of Fribourg where she obtained a bilingual Bachelor of Law (2018) and a Master of Law (2022). She completed her final semester of her Master at the University of Bologna, in Italy. In 2021, she obtained the Certificate of Advanced Legal Studies (Ecole d'avocature) at the University of Geneva. During her studies Rachel Cudré-Mauroux took part, on behalf of the University of Fribourg, in the Swiss Moot Court and in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, in which she and her team obtained an honorable mention for their written memorandum. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a law-clerk trainee for the adult and childhood protection court, in Fribourg.
She works in French and English. She also has a good command of German and Italian.
