10. August 2022 – Walder Wyss advised Pepperdine University on the sale and lease-back of its property located on Avenue Marc-Dufour to LO Immeubles SA (Mobimo). This sale marks a new step towards the relocation of the Swiss campus of Pepperdine University in the Château d’Hauteville in Blonay-Saint-Légier.
