19. August 2026

Vaderis Therapeutics, a Swiss clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing targeted therapies for rare vascular diseases, has completed a USD 152 million Series B financing and initiated HEROIC, the company’s global Phase 3 clinical study evaluating engasertib (VAD044) in patients with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT).
