Sale of CabTec to KOWEMA

20 December 2011 – The Swiss financial investor Kowema Beteiligungs AG acquired the cable confectionist CabTec. Walder Wyss advised the seller in the auction sales process. The team was led by Urs P. Gnos (Partner, Corporate) and included Thomas Meister (Partner, Tax), Simon Kehl (Associate, Corporate) and Thomas Wehinger (Associate, Corporate).
