Sale of Almatec to the Knill Group

24 April 2012 – The Austrian Knill Group acquired the Almatec Group. Walder Wyss advised the sellers (in particular the VTC Group) in the auction sales process. The team was led by Urs P. Gnos (Partner, Corporate) and included Simon Kehl (Associate, Corporate), Gion Giger (Associate; Competition) and Gian A. Brändli (Associate, Corporate).
