16 July 2013 – After having obtained the lifting of the ex parte measures issued by the High Court of Nidwalden (see our news report of 12 June 2013), Walder Wyss has also been successful in the proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court. All injunctions (again issued ex parte based on an application of 3+) have been set aside today with immediate effect.
