10 March 2014 – ADVA Optical Networking SE, Martinsried/München and Meiningen, Germany acquires from Swatch Group all shares in Oscilloquartz SA, a leading solutions provider for precise network. The acquisition is subject to standard closing conditions and is expected to close in early April 2014.
