Energiedienst Holding AG and TRITEC are pooling their know-how

5 August 2015 – The Laufenburg-based Energiedienst Holding AG and the TRITEC Group are establishing a new enterprise. TRITEC AG, with company headquarters in Aarberg (Canton of Berne), will operate in the future in Switzerland and in Germany as a system provider for decentralized generation systems – inter alia, photovoltaic systems, electrical storage devices and heat pumps.

Walder Wyss acted as legal advisor to Energiedienst Holding AG on the transaction. The team was led by Robert von Rosen (Managing Associate, Corporate/M&A) and further included Christine Scherrer (Associate, IP/IT), Janine Corti (Associate, Tax), Manuel Mohler (Notariat, Associate) and Christoph Burckhardt (Trainee).
