English translation of the draft revised FINMA Outsourcing Circular set to replace Circular 2008/7

22 December 2016 – For convenience and future reference, we have translated into English the draft revised FINMA Outsourcing Circular (as of the time of writing, tentatively named Circular 17/xx) which FINMA issued on 6 December 2016. This draft is intended to replace the present Outsourcing Circular (Circular 2008/7).
