English translation of the FINMA Circular 2018/3 – “Outsourcing banks and insurers” set to replace Circular 2008/7

13 December 2017 – For your convenience and future reference, we have translated the FINMA Outsourcing Circular (Circular 2018/3) which will enter into force on 1 April 2018. This circular will replace the present Outsourcing Circular 2008/7.
