FINMA publishes official English Translation of its revised Outsourcing Circular

12 February 2018 – In addition to the German, French and Italian versions, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has made available an English version of its Circular 2018/3, Outsourcing – banks and insurers. As mentioned in our news of 6 December 2017, the Circular will enter into force on 1 April 2018.
