3 May 2018 – Flexera acquires the Switzerland-based Software Asset Management (SAM) and endpoint management provider, Brainwaregroup.This acquisition further extends Flexera’s global position as the leading provider of Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions for large, midsize and small enterprises.
