IPO Athris AG

18 June 2018 –

On June 15, 2018, Athris AG (formerly Athris Holding AG) (Athris) successfully listed its registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 5.00 on the BX Swiss AG.

Walder Wyss advised Athris on the IPO. The team was led by Theodor Härtsch (Capital Markets, Partner) and Urs Schenker (Corporate / M&A, Senior Counsel) and further included Alexander Eichhorn (Corporate, Capital Markets, Associate) and Jenny Süess (Corporate / M&A, Associate).
