2 January 2019 – We are pleased to announce that three new counsel Davide Cerutti, Stefano Fornara and Urs Hofer joined our firm as of 1st of January, 2019.

Davide Cerutti is mainly active in family law, property law, inheritance law, as well in medical law (civil liability, professional licences and human resources), lease law and debt and enforcement law/bankruptcy. His other areas of expertise are also employment law, corporate and commercial law and media and communication law. His strong background, made up of work and academic experiences, allows him a deep understanding of the needs of his clients. In the disciplines indicated, Davide Cerutti is active in consulting, litigation and as an arbitrator. He regularly gives conferences and he is the author of numerous publications in the fields of expertis.

Stefano Fornara represents parties in international arbitrations under the major institutional rules and in ad-hoc proceedings, and often acts as arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. He also regularly represents clients before Swiss state courts in commercial as well as in employment law litigation procedures. He acts for numerous medium-sized and larger companies and their executive management, advising them on various legal matters. He advises private clients and HNWI on estate and succession planning and, as a public notary, he also gives advice and provides services in all notarial matters.

Urs Hofer specialises in the regulation of financial services and financial institutions and the structuring, issuance, listing, trading and offering of financial instruments with a particular focus on asset management, derivatives and structured products and all types of open-end and closed-end collective investment schemes covering all asset classes and investor categories. Urs Hofer represents domestic and international fund management companies, asset managers, representatives of foreign collective investment schemes, distributors, banks, securities firms, insurance companies, pension funds and investment foundations before the Swiss regulatory authorities.
