3 November 2019 – the ZEDRA Group, a global specialist in Trust, Corporate and Fund Services has announced the acquisition of LJ Fiduciary, from the investment firm Alvarium. With presences in the Isle of Man and in Switzerland, LJ Fiduciary offers global private client, fund and corporate administration services. LJ Fiduciary will be rebranded and merged into the existing ZEDRA network. The transaction is subject to local regulatory approval.
