23 June 2020 – We congratulate SO REAL Digital Twins AG on its third place in the ICT vertical of the >>venture>> competition. The expert jury was convinced by SO REAL’s technology for automating the production of digital twins of 3D objects, setting new standards in terms of throughput and quality, as well as the need for such objects in e-commerce, gaming, and XR experiences. SO REAL is off to a great start. They closed their seed financing round at the end of January 2020, moved into their premises in Berne, and are already in pilot production.

Walder Wyss advised SO REAL on all legal aspects during the incorporation process and its seed financing round. Walder Wyss’ team was led by Marco Strahm (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Pascal Zysset (Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Sophie Regenfuss (Trainee Lawyer, Corporate/M&A).
