12 January 2021 – ED&F Man Capital Markets sells the Structured Commodities Division to Albright Capital and De Jong Capital. The division provides risk management solutions for the agricultural and energy commodities markets and comprises companies based in Switzerland and Brazil. The Swiss transaction was completed on 31 December 2020. The Brazilian transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during the first half of 2021.
