Interact Digital sold to SER Group

14 January 2021 – The private owners have sold Interact Digital Ltd to SERgroup Holding International GmbH with legal seat in Bonn. The SER Group is a leading Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Software provider in Europe. Interact Digital Ltd with registered seat in Zurich is the largest Swiss provider of Input and Content Management Solutions which is developed completely in Switzerland.

Walder Wyss advised the private sellers on all legal aspects of this transaction. The team included Urs Schenker (Counsel, Corporate/M&A), Samuel Lieberherr (Managing Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Yves Hürlimann (Trainee Lawyer, Corporate and M&A).
