Senevita-Sensato Combination

31 May 2021 – In mid-May 2021, Senevita took over the Sensato Group consisting of seven locations with around 200 employees.

Walder Wyss AG acted as legal counsel to the private sellers. The team has been co-led by Urs P. Gnos (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Samuel Lieberherr (Managing Associate, Corporate/M&A) and further included Claudia Weber (Associate, Corporate/M&A), Janine Corti (Counsel, Tax) and Carmen Spichiger (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
