Series B Financing Round of Sulzer & Schmid Laboratories AG

21 June 2021 – Walder Wyss has advised Swisscanto Invest by Zürcher Kantonalbank in connection with the series B financing round of Sulzer & Schmid Laboratories AG, an independent Swiss technology company and innovator of next-generation technology for the inspection of rotor blades.

The Walder Wyss team has been led by Alex Nikitine (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Dimitrios Berger (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A) and further included Hugh Reeves (Managing Associate, IP/IT).
