5 October 2021 – H&T Presspart, a division of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, has acquired novelex AG from Liberta Partners. At its site in Nidau, novelex AG develops, industrialises and manufactures components and devices for the administration of medicines for pharmaceutical customers. H&T Presspart is the market leader in the manufacture of drug delivery components and devices for the treatment of respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD. It is a division of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, a leading global partner in the development and supply of precision moulded metal and plastic components.
