3 November 2021 – Stiftung Kantonsspital Graubünden acquired all shares in Klinik Gut AG in St. Moritz. Klinik Gut AG will continue its operations at the two inpatient clinics and six practice locations. The previous owners of Klinik Gut AG, physicians and members of the board of directors, have decided to sell their shares in Klinik Gut AG in order to secure the continuation of the company in the long term.
