25 November 2021 – The regulation on mail-order sales of non-prescription medicinal products should be simplified, while ensuring patient safety. At its meeting of 24 November 2021, the Federal Council approved the report in fulfilment of the Stahl postulate. A consultation on the amendment of the Therapeutic Products Act (TPA) is planned until the beginning of 2023.
