4 January 2023 – Walder Wyss successfully represented an Armenian construction company in an ICC arbitration (seated in Zurich) under the ICC Rules against a globally leading general contractor.

Walder Wyss brought a multi-million claim on behalf of our Client against the general contractor relating to unpaid invoices and lost profit following the termination of the contract by our Client due to non-payment. The arbitral tribunal affirmed that the contract was rightly and validly terminated and granted our Client the main bulk of its claims including our legal fees.
