Bell Food Group invests in Vertical Farming Start-up YASAI

25 January 2023 – As part of the investment by Bell Food Group (through Eisberg), Bell Food-CEO Lorenz Wyss has joined the board of directors of YASAI. YASAI, established in 2020, builds and manages Vertical Farms. YASAI herbs are available in around 80 Coop shops in north-western Switzerland.

Walder Wyss advised Yasai AG on this transaction. The team was led by Alex Nikitine (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and further included Milos Karic (Trainee, Corporate/M&A), Julia Lehner (Senior Associate, Real Estate) and Helene Tasman (Trainee, Corporate/M&A).
