PENTAG Informatik AG joins collana IT group

10 April 2023 – collana IT GmbH has acquired PENTAG Informatik AG based in Ittigen. PENTAG has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT services business and is a specialist for software development, consulting and e-invoicing. collana it GmbH is based in Flensburg and provides IT excellence across different sectors with about 250 employees in collaboration with specialized IT companies in the DACH region.

Walder Wyss advised collana IT GmbH, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, on the transaction. The team was led by Stefan Knobloch (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Samuel Lieberherr (Managing Associate, Corporate/M&A) and further included Letizia Schlegel (Associate, Corporate/M&A), Gustaf Heintz (Associate, Employment) and Amina Chammah (Associate, IP/IT & Data Protection).
