1 May 2023 – Mora Group is specialized in the production of thermoplastic injected parts and is particularly active in the medical device, automotive and defense sectors. Manuplast SA is specialized in the production of high added value products for the medical sector, the high-end watchmaking and other advanced industries. With 40 employees, Manuplast SA, ISO 13485 certified, masters the entire production cycle, from the manufacturing of moulds to the injection of complex materials.

Walder Wyss acted as legal counsel to the Mora group. The team was led by Olivier Nicod (Partner) and further included Valentine Schnyder (Senior Associate, corporate/M&A), Sara Razgallah (Senior Associate, real estate/construction), Joffrey Dobosz (Associate, corporate/employment), Hugh Reeves (Managing Associate, IP/IT/data protection) and Kévin Belet (Trainee lawyer).
