Walder Wyss successfully represents client in ICC arbitration

15 August 2023 – Walder Wyss successfully represented a prominent German logistics company in an ICC arbitration seated in Geneva.

Walder Wyss brought a claim on behalf of our Client against two contractual parties to recover unpaid invoices for transportation services. The Arbitral Tribunal awarded our Client’s claim in full while dismissing a multi-million set-off claim brought by the Respondents and granting our Client’s entire legal costs.

Walder Wyss’s team consisted of Micha Bühler (Partner), Lukas Fellmann (Managing Associate) and Luca Bartolomei (Junior Associate).
