Compensation for Asbestos Victims: Opening of Consultation

24 November 2023 – The Suva should be able to financially support the Compensation Fund Foundation for Asbestos Victims (EFA). At its meeting on 22 November 2023, the Federal Council sent the inclusion of a new article in the Federal Act on Accident Insurance (AIA) for consultation, to create the legal framework for Suva to make these payments.
