Walder Wyss advised Banca Generali SpA, Milan, on its expansion into the Swiss market through BG (Suisse) Private Bank SA

19 January 2024 – Banca Generali SpA (BGN.MI), a leading Italian banking group and part of the Generali Group, expanded its international footprint in the field of wealth management through the creation of a wholly owned Swiss subsidiary, BG (Suisse) Private Bank SA, Lugano.

Walder Wyss advised Banca Generali on all Swiss law aspects of this strategic project.
