The cross-agency Expert Panel for Delimitation Questions has categorized 'Lemon Bottle' lipolysis solution as a medicinal product due to its composition and mode of administration (via injection). Since it lacks approval in Switzerland, it cannot be marketed or used within the country. Swissmedic explicitly advises against the use of this product, emphasizing that no medicinal effects have been scientifically validated. Furthermore, laboratory analysis conducted by Swissmedic on samples of 'Lemon Bottle' lipolysis solution obtained from various sources failed to detect any of the declared ingredients.
