Products Containing Cannabidiol (CBD) and other Cannabinoids that are not Subject to Narcotics Legislation

19 April 2024 – The Expert Panel for Delimitation Questions of Swissmedic has published a new version of the overview and implementation guide on products containing cannabidiol (CBD) and other cannabinoids that are not subject to the narcotics legislation. The 7^th version of the overview and implementation guide is applicable from 12 April 2024.
