Palex Group acquires Anandic Medical Systems AG

Palex Group is expanding its activities in Switzerland through the acquisition of Anandic Medical Systems AG, a leading provider of intensive-care, monitoring and clinical IT solutions based in Switzerland.

Anandic is widely recognised for its strong position within the Swiss hospital sector, with deep expertise in critical care, patient monitoring, ventilation and life-support systems.

This acquisition represents an important step in Palex Group’s international expansion strategy, strengthening its presence in Switzerland and further expanding its offering within the hospital area. Building on the foundations established through Duomed Swiss and REY Medical in the endoscopy and surgical areas, the addition of Anandic broadens and completes Palex Group’s portfolio of solutions for healthcare professionals across Switzerland.
