Following the exit of Progressio SGR, an independent investor specializing in Italian SMEs, Polenghi turned to Crédit Mutuel Equity to lead the investment transaction, joined by IDIA Capital Investissement.

The aim of this new round of financing is to support the group's international expansion, particularly through external growth operations.

Polenghi Group is a leading player in the market for lemon and lime-based condiments, both under private label and under its own brand, for the retail, food service, and industrial sectors.
