9 mars 2011 – Ex-parte measures Nespresso vs Denner AG and Alice Allison SA partially lifted

With decision of March 4, 2011, the President of the Commercial Court in St Gallen lifted the ex-parte injunction prohibiting manufacturing and sale of coffee capsules compatible with Nespresso-machines, which had been issued against Denner AG and Alice Allison SA.
