Waterland Private Equity has acquired the SENIOcare Group, a leading operator of elderly care and nursing homes in Switzerland.

Walder Wyss advised the sellers (Euro Choice II funds, the partners of Rhino Partners AG as well as the members of the board and the management of SENIOcare) in the auction sales process. The team was led by Urs P.
