We are delighted to announce the appointment of Micha Bühler, Florian Gunz Niedermann and Lukas Wyss as new partners of the firm with effect as from 1 January 2013.


Micha Bühler specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration, particularly in disputes arising from infrastructure and construction projects, M&A transactions, banking and finance, as well as distribution contracts. In addition, he represents Swiss and foreign clients in recognition & enforcement proceedings, international legal assistance and fraud & white collar crime litigation. Micha Bühler also sits as sole or party-appointed arbitrator. Moreover, he advises on government procurement issues and represents bidders in judicial review proceedings.


Florian Gunz Niedermann specialises in international and domestic M&A transactions (mainly private M&A and private equity) as well as transactions in the venture capital industry, with a focus on projects in the sectors e-commerce, healthcare and life sciences. In addition, he advises corporate clients on all matters of corporate and commercial law related to their daily operations as well as startups with regard to the implementation and financing of their business models.


Lukas Wyss advises banks, insurers and other companies in connection with finance transactions, capital market transactions and more generally in regulatory, securities and corporate law matters. In finance, he focuses on corporate debt finance, leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance), acquisition finance and structured finance and securitisation.
