22 janvier 2013 – Lekkerland Schweiz AG has entered into an agreement with Valora Schweiz AG regarding the acquisition of the third-party goods wholesaling business of Valora. This business unit supplies some 650 third-party outlets with tobacco, food, beverage and non-food products. In the financial year 2012, it generated some CHF 100 million in turnover, mainly through tobacco-product sales.
