31 octobre 2013 – On 29 October 2013, Swisscom (Schweiz) AG sold part of the business of the SICAP Group to the newly established SICAP Schweiz AG in a MBO transaction consisting of several asset and share deals as well as financing arrangements involving multiple jurisdictions.

Walder Wyss acted as legal and tax advisor to Swisscom.
