Promotions in Walder Wyss AG’s life sciences team

14 juin 2018 – As of 1st January 2019 Walder Wyss AG promotes Dr.iur. Daniel Zimmerli to counsel position and Dr.iur. Martin Zobl to managing associate position.

Daniel is specialised in antitrust law, administrative law and administrative procedure with a strong focus on the life sciences sector. Daniel was educated at the University of Berne (lic. iur. 1998; Dr. iur. 2006) and at the University of Michigan Law School (Ann Arbor, USA; LL.M. 2007). He gained working experience as a teaching and research assistant at the University of Berne, as a scientific collaborator at the Swiss Competition Commission, as an attorney at a Bernese law firm and as an attorney at the legal department of Swiss Post.

Martin is a specialist in public and administrative law and administrative procedure as well as contract law. Particularly he works in the life sciences and healthcare sector. Martin was educated at the Universities of Zurich and Paris-X-Nanterre (lic. iur./Master 2007, Dr. iur. 2011) and he obtained an LL.M. degree from New York University in 2014. Before joining Walder Wyss, Martin Zobl worked as a research fellow at the Institute for Public International Law at the University of Zurich supervised by Prof. Daniel Thürer and as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich.
