17 juin 2021 – The Federal Council has decided to update the provisions on worker protection during construction work. At its meeting on 18 June 2021, it adopted the total revision of the Ordinance on the Safety and Health of Workers during Construction Work (BauAV). The aim is to improve clarity and legal certainty in this area. The revised ordinance will enter into force on 1 January 2022.
