Neolution is specialized in complex web and mobile solutions with outstanding testimonials from financial institutions, insurances and companies in the field of telecommunication, ICT and health sector. collana it GmbH is based in Flensburg and provides IT excellence across different sectors with more than 150 employees in collaboration with specialized IT companies in the DACH region.

Walder Wyss advised collana IT GmbH, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, on the transaction.
