Boston based Duck Creek Technologies has successfully completed its acquisition of Imburse Ltd. Founded in 2018 in Zurich, Imburse built a cloud-native software-as-a-service (SaaS) payment solution for the insurance industry to bring ease and efficiency into end-to-end insurance transactions.

Walder Wyss has advised the sellers on this transaction. The team was led by Ramona Wyss (Transactions/Regulatory) and further included Christian A. Schmid, Delia Zellweger, Marion Bähler and Alice Vorburger (all Corporate/M&A), Janine Corti (Tax) and Stephanie Wichmann (Employment).
