24 février 2023 – The Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) continues to investigate suspected cases of incorrectly billed Covid-19 tests. First and foremost, the FOPH conducts cross-sectional analyses in conspicuous areas. Among other things, the FOPH has issued an order in a specific case relating to test costs to repay invoices amounting to 1.6 million that were presumed to have been wrongly issued. In another case, the FOPH also initiated criminal proceedings.
