21 avril 2023 – Since 2014, the Human Research Act (HRA) and its ordinances have protected individuals participating in human research projects and ensured the necessary quality and transparency. On the basis of an evaluation, the Federal Council decided to revise the ordinance law to ensure modern research conditions. On 26 April 2023, it submitted the amendments to the ordinances for consultation.
