26 avril 2023 – The listed Austrian Semperit Aktiengesellschaft Holding acquires RICO Group GmbH from its founders. The RICO Group consists of companies in Austria, the US and the Swiss-based SILCOPLAST AG in Wolfhalden. The RICO Group is a globally leading supplier of silicone injection moulds and manufacturer of liquid silicone components with around 500 employees.

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
