5 mai 2023 – The propylene glycol concentration following the administration of Becetamol Drops at the recommended dosage exceeds the defined thresholds for propylene glycol in neonates and children under 5 years. Therefore, Swissmedic declares that the product Becetamol Drops may no longer be used in children under 5 years.
