16 juin 2023 – From 1 July 2023, the compulsory health insurance (Obligatorische Krankenpflegeversicherung, OKP) will cover the costs of broad-spectrum PCR for the detection of bacteria in the outpatient sector. Furthermore, therapeutic underwear for use in the treatment of lichen sclerosus will now be reimbursed by the OKP. The obligation to pay for transcatheter aortic valve implantation will also be extended.
